No, this is a FREE service presented to you by Suma. You may opt to have the "Talk-to-a-Doc" service that has an annual fee of just $35. With “Talk-to-a-Doc”, you can consult a doctor over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I have to present my Wellcard at every doctor's appointment or every time I buy a prescription?
Yes. Present your WellCard every time you buy medicins not covered by your or Madecare Part D. Also present your Wellcard whenever you visit a participating doctor, dentist, or health care professional.

How do phone consultations work?
To have 24/7 access to a doctor, you need to register to this service with a one-time yearly fee of $35. Speaking to a doctor costs nothing. If as a result of that consultation you require a prescription, you will be charged a $35 fee.
What if I lose the card or have further questions?
If you have further questions, or if you lose your card, please call 1-800-260-0740 and we'll send you a new card (there is a $2.50 card replacement fee).
