Once you've registered the person you will be transferring money to, (recipient), follow the instructions below to make the transfer -- by phone or online.

* Restriction for transfers to BBVA Bancomer:
BBVA Bancomer limits transfers to $500 per day, and $1,000 per month.

By Phone

  1. Call  1-888-679-9033.
  2. Press "1" for English, or "2" for Spanish. When requested, input your Suma Visa card number, followed by the pound (#) key.
  3. Input yourAccess Code and press #.
  4. Press "2" for Money Transfer, and press "3" for additional transfer options.
  5. Press the number corresponding to the person you wish to transfer money to, and then input the amount to be transferred

That's it! Make sure to write down the "tracking number" and give it to the person who will receive the funds -- this number will be required by the financial institution or pay agency delivering the funds.

To Modify or Cancel a Transfer

  1. Call 1-888-679-9033,
  2. Press 1 for English, or 2 for Spanish
  3. Then press 0 to reach an operator.

Online

  1. Click on My Account, and select your preferred language,
  2. Input your Suma Visa card number and your Access Code and select from the menu the desired option to manage your account.
  3. Select "Transfer funds" , from the menu select the transfer's recipientand the amount you wish to transfer.
  4. You will then see a transfer confirmation notice, along with your "tracking number": Write down this number, and give it to the person who will receive the funds being transferred -- this number will be required by the financial institution or pay agency delivering the funds.
